What is CPS?
Cashless Payment Solutions (CPS) is a New Zealand payment system for self-service laundromats and accommodation laundries. Customers pay by EFTPOS, card or phone on a familiar payment terminal right beside each washer and dryer, with no app, kiosk, QR code or top-up card. CPS is Speed Queen's official payment partner in New Zealand and runs at around 100 sites nationwide.

Customer experience is revenue.
Time-poor customers choose the easiest path.
Small amounts of friction change behaviour. Easier laundromats win more customers, more repeat visits and more revenue, and customers will even change laundromats for a better payment experience.

Payment happens where the customer is already standing.
Familiar payment. No learning curve.
The customer selects their machine on the Verifone terminal beside it, then pays with EFTPOS and PIN, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It's so intuitive that customers rarely need instructions, which means less signage, less confusion and fewer calls.
- Pay at the machine
- No app needed
- No account or top-up
- No queue at a kiosk
Your customer pays you.
Your money goes directly into your bank account.
CPS never receives, holds, pools or redistributes your takings. There's no middleman waiting to pay you out later. How settlement works

See every machine. See every transaction.
- Live machine status and pricing per machine

Remote washer power cycling
Cut and restore power from the back office to clear critical errors and release the door lock, so customers get their washing back. Works on all washer models.
Optional 4G backup
If broadband drops, CPS switches to 4G automatically and keeps taking payments, then switches back. No owner action needed.
NZ-based support
Three NZ-based support people, weekend coverage and CPS-accredited service agents in major centres.
